The Royal Grand Chapter Order of the Eastern Star was organized on June 11, 1911 in Tampa, Florida by Most Worshipful Grand Master Charles C. Manigault who led in the establishment of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge F, &AM established in 1909. Under Grand Master Manigault’s leadership several chapters and members severed ties with the Bethlehem Grand Chapter OES PHA and the Most Worshipful Union Grand Lodge, F&AM PHA who were under the dictatorial rule of Grand Master John Henry Dickerson 1899-1901 & 1902-1916. ​Sister Rosa McCloud, Royal Grand MatronRev.
